*Parking Lot A will be where last year’s Parking Lot B was located. It takes 6 minutes on foot to the festival grounds.
*Parking Lot B will be located in Dorogawa Onsen Village. There will be a free shuttle bus to the festival grounds available.
*The free shuttle bus will also make a stop in the center of Dorogawa Onsen Village. People who plan to stay at inns in the village can ride the shuttle bus to get to the festival grounds. However, Dorogawa Onsen Village is an extremely popular tourist destination in Kansai, so if you plan to stay in the village we recommend that you make your reservation as early as possible.
[Festival admission]
- Admission is free for anyone under 18 years of age who is accompanied by their guardian. Proof of age may be required at the entrance.
- In the event that advance tickets are sold out, there will be NO tickets available at the door.
- After showing your tickets at the door, you will be provided with a wristband to wear during the festival. Please ensure that your wristband is securely fastened to prevent loss.
- By showing your wristband, you can come and go from the festival grounds freely. However, if your wristband gets lost, you will be required to purchase another ticket or asked to leave the festival grounds.
- One wristband per person. One ticket entitles the ticketholder to one wristband.
- Please refrain from arriving at the festival grounds late at night (22:00~6:00). Individuals may come and go freely, however cars will not be allowed to move in and out of the grounds during the night.
- The organizers reserve the right to refuse entrance to anyone who may pose a danger to themselves or others at the festival.
- After purchase, tickets cannot be refunded or, in the event of a lost ticket, reissued.
[Personal belongings]
- There are no locker or cloakroom services on the festival grounds. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings.
[Tents and camping areas]
- In order to use a tent on the festival grounds, you are required to purchase a tent ticket in addition to an admission ticket. You will be given a tag at the festival entrance. Please put this tag on your tent or tarp so that it is visible to organizers.
- Tent tickets entitle the user to a camping space no larger than 4m x 3m. People with tents or tarps that exceed this space will be asked to purchase an additional tent ticket.
- Each raised campsite has a wooden floor and roof. The dimensions are: 3.7m x 2.9m (floor area) x 1.8m (height). Fires are strictly prohibited in these spaces.
- Campfire sites are 6m x 5m. Campfires are prohibited outside this space. Attendees who wish to have a campfire need to purchase a campfire site ticket. Making a fire on the ground is prohibited, so please bring a campfire stand to the festival. The location of campfire sites will be announced shortly. Please refer to the festival ground map after the location has been announced. Please ensure that sparks and ash from campfires do not land on or damage surrounding tents. Festival staff and performers are not responsible for any damages as a result of fires.
[For attendees coming by car]
- A parking ticket is required in addition to a festival admission ticket.
- Parking Lot A is will be where last year’s Parking Lot B was located. It takes 6 minutes on foot to the festival grounds.
- Parking Lot B will be located in Dorogawa Onsen Village. There will be a free shuttle bus to the festival grounds available.
- It is prohibited to move cars in and out of the parking areas at night between 22:00~6:00.
- Please do not attempt to park your car in areas other than the designated parking lots. Festival staff and performers are not responsible for any costs or fines incurred from parking illegally.
- Festival staff and performers are not responsible for any damage or theft in or around the parking areas.
【 Access 】
For those coming by car:
If you input Forest in Dorogawa into the car navigation or into Google Maps, you might be taken on a rather busy and complicated route through the mountains. Instead, if you take Route 309 and then Route 21, the drive will be much more comfortable, with wider roads and slightly less traffic. Both routes take about the same time.
To take the 2nd route, simply input かどや食堂 (kadoyashokudou) or the telephone number (0747-63-0603) into the navigation system.
Exit at the Gosho-minami IC of the Keinawa Expressway, turn right and go south on Route 309 past Shimoichi Town, Yoshino-gun, Nara Prefecture. Do NOT turn at the south end of Sengoku Bridge, but continue on Route 309 through the Shin-Kasagi Tunnel and Shin-Kawai Tunnel to Tenkawa Village. Turn left at the Kawai intersection in Tenkawa Village and take Route 21 to Dorogawa.
For those using public transit:
There will be a special bus leaving from Shin-Osaka and Namba. More details will be announced soon.
For those taking the Kintetsu limited express, get off at Shimoichiguchi station on the Yoshino Line.
From Osaka Abenobashi, take the limited express bound for Yoshino to Shimoichiguchi station (approx. 60min).
From Kyoto, take the Kashihara Jingumae limited express bound for Kashihara Jingumae. Change trains at Kashihara Jingumae station and take the Yoshino limited express bound for Yoshino to Shimoichiguchi station (approx. 80min).
From Shimoichiguchi station, take the Nara Kotsu Bus (bound for Dorogawa Onsen) and get off at Dorogawa Onsen (approx. 80min).
Buses bound for Dorogawa Onsen make 6 round trips per day during the period from May to October.
From the Dorogawa Onsen bus stop to Forest In Dorogawa is 1.5 km, and a special shuttle bus will be available. The walk takes 20 minutes.
Alternatively, you can take a 45-minute cab ride from Shimoichiguchi station to Forest In Dorogawa.

[Food and drinks]
- It is prohibited to bring alcoholic drinks from outside and they will be confiscated if they are found.
- The Moment team would like to limit the amount of garbage and waste we produce as much as possible. There will be no single-use cups or plates in use at the festival. Instead, attendees can pay a small deposit for a rental cup and plate for use during the festival.
- Using your own cups or plates is fine as well, however please be aware that the amount of food and drinks served is fixed, regardless of the size of the cup or plate.
[Tent sauna]
- Please wear a bathing suit in the sauna. There will be no bathing suit or sandal rentals at the festival, so please bring your own.
[Concerning children]
- Please have your children wear ear muffs or ear plugs on the dancefloor. If you do not have any, please consider not bringing your children to the dancefloor as the loud music can damage their hearing.
- There will be a large indoor kids area for children to enjoy. There will also be an area for breastfeeding and changing diapers. In the kids area, there will also be a special section for babies so that all of the children can enjoy the space safely.
- The kids area will be open until 22:00.
- Depending on the number of children in the kids area or other circumstances, staff may have to limit the number of children allowed in the kids area.
- Festival staff and performers are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that happen to or between children at the festival.
[Concerning pets]
- Pets are permitted on the festival grounds, however if it is determined that your pet is a danger or annoyance to other people at the festival, we may ask you to leave.
- Pets are not permitted on the dancefloor. The loud music can severely damage their sensitive hearing.
[Smoking]
- We ask that you use the designated smoking areas when smoking during the festival.
[Concerning garbage]
- Please bring your garbage home with you after the festival. It is possible to purchase garbage bags approved by the local government at the campsite. After sorting your garbage properly, you may throw it away at a designated area at the camp site, however, as a rule, we ask that all attendees please bring their garbage home with them.
[Concerning COVID-19]
- Please have your mask on when you enter the festival.
- We will take your temperature at the festival entrance. (Ticketholders with a temperature above 37.3 degrees Celsius will be refused entrance to the festival. In this case, the cost of your ticket will be refunded, however we cannot refund transportation costs or other expenses. We ask that all ticketholders monitor their health carefully in the days before the festival.)
- Please disinfect your hands using the alcohol sanitizer provided at the festival entrance.
- In the event of a COVID-19 infection at the festival, we may have to provide the ticketholder’s personal information to the local government and health authorities if requested.
[Prohibited activities]
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Setting up a tent in places other than the designated tent areas.
- Making a fire in areas other than the designated campfire area.
- Using open flames for cooking, with the exception of portable gas stoves and burners. (BBQ stoves are permitted at the campfire sites)
- Playing musical instruments or using portable speakers.
- Bringing illegal or dangerous items to the festival. In the event that such items are found, the police will be contacted immediately.
- Setting off fireworks or engaging in activities that could be dangerous to others.
- Making audio or video recordings of the performances without permission.
- Sales of any kind on or around the festival grounds or parking lots.
Finally, any attendees who do not follow festival staff instructions or who are engaged in dangerous and troublesome behavior will be forcibly removed from the festival grounds.
[Other information]
- We will be filming the event for promotional purposes. Please be aware that you may be in this footage. However, we will try our best not to inconvenience attendees during the festival. We thank you in advance for your kind cooperation.
- Festival staff and performers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, thefts, or other incidents that may occur on or around the festival grounds.
- During the festival, we ask that attendees act responsibly. If trouble occurs between attendees, please try your best to solve the problem amongst yourselves. The festival staff and artists will not get involved in problems that occur between attendees.
- The festival will go forward even if it rains. However, if the weather looks or becomes dangerous, the festival will be called off. The organizers may be forced to cancel the festival in advance due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case ticketholders will receive a refund.
- Refunds will not be issued as a result of artist cancelations or changes; festival location changes; severe weather during the festival; cancelation or pause of the festival, due to acts of god or other unforeseen circumstances, after it has begun; etc.
- Transportation and accommodation expenses will not be refunded even if the festival is canceled.
- In the event of a ticket refund, the service charges incurred when the ticket was purchased will not be refunded.
- Any attendees who do not follow festival staff instructions or who are engaged in dangerous and troublesome behavior will be forcibly removed from the festival grounds. There will be no ticket refund in these cases.
